The Site is not currently charging users a subscription fee, so there are no paid orders to refund at this time.
Future paid services
If we introduce a paid membership or course, the price, included features, renewal terms and applicable refund period will be shown clearly before purchase. This page will be updated before paid access begins, and the order page will display the terms that apply to that purchase.
Unexpected charges
If you believe you were charged without authorisation, charged twice, or did not receive access after payment, submit the order details through the Contact page. We will review the records and respond under applicable law and the purchase terms in effect at that time.
